Deka Lash is a lash extension franchise with 80+ locations around the United States. Since Deka Lash did not have a presale plan due to perceived limitations of the product early on, the primary goal was to develop a digital-first plan for presale locations and lower CPA to below $10 a lead for open studios. In addition, Deka Lash wanted a way to standardize their reporting between their franchisees, and manage the leads that were coming in. Phase 3: Brand specific Lead Management
We developed a follow-up guide in addition to the complete scripting. The next step was to record our Lead Management Training Video to add with Deka Lash Franchisee Onboarding Education. This training explained the whole lifecycle of a lead and how to handle any given situation at each step in the prospect journey.
Phase 4: Campaign Optimization, Testing Iterations In Each Account, Prepping Next Step In Location’s Journey.
After completing the 3 previous steps, our team was able to put our plan in action. As part of the Franchise Ramp marketing philosophy, we continued proactively testing our digital marketing efforts.
