After taking over a Pure Bare studio with declining revenue, Jennifer increased marketing efforts, along with a revamp of the client experience, boosted revenue growth by 55% in the first twelve months, increased active clients about 200%, increased attendance an average of 70%, and moved from a client base who utilized mostly class pack and specials to recurring monthly memberships to create a more stable revenue stream.
