1. How long have you been in franchising? What locations do you currently own?

I have been in Franchising for 4 and 1/2 years now. I currently own Club Pilates Wiregrass, Carrollwood, and New Tampa. 

2. How long have you been a Franchise Ramp client? 

I have been a client of Franchise Ramp for 1 year now. 

3. What results did you achieve with your location, and what do you think was the biggest contributors to that success? 

My first studio which opened 4 years ago achieved “Platinum” status by the Franchisor. We were recognized for achieving high results in our first 6 months of being open. Our 2nd and 3rd studios have increased monthly based upon several different factors we concentrate on: Client satisfaction which leads to retention, awesome Pilates instruction, highlighting member success stories, and keeping a clean studio. 

4. What do you think is a core differentiator that allows you to reach the next level of success? 

Our team members allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition. Our GMs are great. They are very attentive to our clients and members’ needs. We are active cheerleaders for our clients/members to reach their fitness goals. 

5. Any advice for other Owners in your industry?

Focus on the member experience. It is a Human to Human business. 

6. What are your goals in 2021?

Continue to drive the studios to be the best they can be. We have lofty revenue and member count goals for each studio. I also want our studios to be recognized at the annual convention this year.
